Canadian rock giants NICKELBACK have announced an additional UK concert after overwhelming demand for their upcoming Everything Under The Sun Tour! The band will now perform two consecutive nights at London’s iconic O2 Arena in May 2027, bringing their UK and Ireland tour to seven massive shows, with British rockers DON BROCO joining as special guests.

Well, that didn’t take long! 🤘

Just one week after announcing their highly anticipated return to British and Irish stages, NICKELBACK have already expanded their 2027 tour following an enormous response from fans.

The multi-platinum-selling Canadian rockers, fronted by Chad Kroeger, have confirmed a second night at London’s The O2 after strong demand for tickets to their original performance.

The newly added concert will take place on Monday 24 May 2027, one day before their previously announced London show on Tuesday 25 May.

It means the band will now perform seven concerts across the UK and Ireland between 22 May and 2 June 2027.

With a new studio album on the way, a reputation for delivering enormous arena-rock performances and DON BROCO joining the tour, the announcement is another indication that NICKELBACK remain a hugely popular live attraction.

And for fans who missed out on tickets to the original London date, the additional performance provides another opportunity to catch the band in action.

🔥 NICKELBACK Confirm Second London Show At The O2

The additional London concert was announced on Friday 16 October 2026, coinciding with the general ticket sale for the band’s forthcoming tour.

Following strong ticket demand, organisers confirmed that another performance would be added to the schedule.

NEW DATE: Monday 24 May 2027 – The O2, London

The original London concert on Tuesday 25 May will go ahead as planned.

Both performances form part of the band’s extensive Everything Under The Sun World Tour, which will take NICKELBACK across North America, the UK, Europe and Australia.

The addition of another London show means fans in the capital will have two opportunities to experience the band’s spectacular live production.

The O2 is one of Britain’s most recognisable concert venues, regularly hosting major international artists and spectacular arena productions.

For a group with a catalogue as successful as NICKELBACK’s, it provides a fitting setting for a night of enormous rock anthems.

📅 NICKELBACK – UK & Ireland Tour Dates 2027

The Everything Under The Sun Tour will now feature seven UK and Ireland concerts.

The tour will begin in Leeds before moving to London, Birmingham, Dublin, Glasgow and Manchester.

Following the Manchester performance, NICKELBACK will continue their European touring schedule with concerts across mainland Europe.

🎟️ NICKELBACK 2027 – Tickets On Sale Now!

Tickets for the UK and Ireland performances went on general sale on Friday 16 October 2026 at 10am.

The additional London date has also been released for sale, giving fans another opportunity to secure tickets.

Fans should be aware that ticket availability can change rapidly, particularly for popular seating categories and standing areas.

Prices will vary depending on venue, ticket type and availability.

Selected VIP and premium experiences are also available for the tour.

Anyone planning to attend is encouraged to purchase through authorised ticketing outlets and check the relevant venue’s policies before booking.

For the two London shows, The O2 and its official ticketing partners provide information about ticket availability, mobile tickets and approved resale arrangements.

With demand already strong enough to justify another concert, fans hoping to attend should avoid leaving their arrangements until the last minute.

🤘 DON BROCO Announced As Special Guests

One of the most exciting aspects of the Everything Under The Sun Tour is the inclusion of British rock favourites DON BROCO.

The Bedford band have developed a reputation for delivering energetic, unpredictable live performances that combine elements of alternative rock, post-hardcore, electronic music and contemporary metal.

Fronted by Rob Damiani, DON BROCO have become one of Britain’s most recognisable modern rock acts.

Their catalogue includes popular songs such as:

  • Everybody
  • Pretty
  • Technology
  • Come Out To LA
  • Greatness
  • Manchester Super Reds No. 1 Fan
  • Gumshield
  • Fingernails

The band’s powerful live sound and enthusiastic stage performances make them an interesting addition to NICKELBACK’s arena shows.

While the two groups approach rock music from different directions, both have demonstrated an ability to deliver memorable choruses and energetic performances.

DON BROCO will also have the opportunity to introduce their music to audiences who may be more familiar with NICKELBACK’s classic material.

For British rock fans, the combination promises an evening that bridges different generations and styles of guitar-driven music.

💿 New NICKELBACK Album ‘Everything Under The Sun’ Arrives This October

The upcoming tour will support NICKELBACK’s eleventh studio album, Everything Under The Sun, scheduled for release on 30 October 2026 through Virgin Music Group.

The record follows the band’s 2022 album Get Rollin’, which featured songs including San Quentin, Those Days and High Time.

Ahead of the new album, NICKELBACK have already introduced several tracks, including Make Me Love You, Leave Me Behind, Bones For The Crows and Rattle The Cage.

The latter features a collaboration with acclaimed guitarist John 5, known for his work with MARILYN MANSON, ROB ZOMBIE and MÖTLEY CRÜE.

The new material demonstrates the group’s continuing interest in combining heavy guitar arrangements with the melodic songwriting that has helped define their career.

And with the album arriving several months before the UK tour, fans will have plenty of time to become familiar with the new songs.

Although the official 2027 setlist has not been confirmed, the concerts are expected to celebrate both NICKELBACK’s latest material and their extensive catalogue of established hits.

🎸 Expect A Night Packed With Massive Rock Anthems!

Few commercially successful rock bands of the past 25 years have produced as many instantly recognisable songs as NICKELBACK.

Since their international breakthrough in the early 2000s, the Canadian group have delivered an extraordinary collection of rock hits.

From emotionally charged ballads to powerful hard-rock anthems, their music has reached audiences across generations.

Among the songs fans will undoubtedly be hoping to hear are:

  1. How You Remind Me
  2. Photograph
  3. Rockstar
  4. Burn It To The Ground
  5. Animals
  6. Far Away
  7. Someday
  8. Gotta Be Somebody
  9. Savin’ Me
  10. If Today Was Your Last Day
  11. When We Stand Together
  12. San Quentin
  13. Figured You Out
  14. This Afternoon

Of course, this is a selection of possible songs rather than a confirmed setlist.

However, with so many major hits available, NICKELBACK have more than enough material to deliver a memorable arena performance.

And let’s face it, hearing thousands of fans singing How You Remind Me together is always going to be a moment!

🔥 NICKELBACK Continue To Defy Their Critics

There is something particularly interesting about NICKELBACK’s enduring popularity.

For years, the band have been the subject of internet jokes, memes and criticism.

Yet despite becoming one of rock music’s most frequently mocked groups, their commercial success has remained remarkable.

Formed in Hanna, Alberta, in 1995, NICKELBACK achieved international recognition with their breakthrough album Silver Side Up in 2001.

The album featured How You Remind Me, which became one of the defining mainstream rock songs of the decade.

Further success followed with albums including The Long Road, All The Right Reasons, Dark Horse, Here And Now, No Fixed Address and Feed The Machine.

Their biggest recordings helped establish a distinctive musical identity built around powerful guitar riffs, polished production and enormous melodic choruses.

The group’s success has also extended well beyond North America.

British audiences have remained an important part of their international following, with the band regularly performing at major UK arenas.

The newly announced second London show provides another example of that continued popularity.

Whatever opinions people may have about NICKELBACK’s music, there is no denying their ability to attract large audiences.

🎤 The Musicians Behind NICKELBACK

NICKELBACK’s established lineup features:

  • Chad Kroeger – Lead vocals and guitar
  • Ryan Peake – Rhythm guitar, keyboards and backing vocals
  • Mike Kroeger – Bass guitar
  • Daniel Adair – Drums and backing vocals

Together, the musicians have developed a highly recognisable sound that combines mainstream rock accessibility with heavier guitar-driven material.

Chad Kroeger’s distinctive voice remains central to the group’s identity, while the instrumental arrangements provide the powerful foundation behind their biggest songs.

The band’s live performances typically combine familiar hits, audience interaction and high-energy rock arrangements.

With new music on the horizon, the 2027 shows will also provide an opportunity to introduce their latest material to UK and Irish audiences.

🌍 Everything Under The Sun – A Huge International Tour

The UK and Ireland concerts form part of a much larger international touring campaign.

NICKELBACK’s Everything Under The Sun Tour will visit major arenas across several continents, supporting the band’s new studio album.

Following their UK and Ireland appearances, the musicians will continue through mainland Europe, performing in cities including Brussels, Amsterdam, Cologne, Milan, Prague, Helsinki and Copenhagen.

The tour will also visit North America and Australia.

With an extensive international schedule and a new album to promote, 2027 promises to be another busy year for the Canadian rockers.

And with the London extension already confirmed, further announcements remain possible, although no additional UK dates beyond the seven listed have been announced.

🤘 THE RIFF REPORT VERDICT – NICKELBACK Are Still Packing Arenas!

NICKELBACK adding a second London concert before their 2027 UK tour has even begun is a strong indication of the demand that continues to surround the band.

Despite years of criticism and internet jokes, their music remains enormously popular with rock fans around the world.

And with DON BROCO joining them on the road, the Everything Under The Sun Tour promises a lively combination of classic rock anthems and contemporary British alternative rock.

The additional London performance is particularly welcome news for fans who struggled to secure tickets for the original date.

It also means the band will now deliver seven UK and Ireland performances during their May and June visit.

From How You Remind Me and Photograph to their forthcoming album Everything Under The Sun, NICKELBACK have built a catalogue designed for enormous audience singalongs.

And if ticket demand is anything to go by, there will be plenty of fans ready to sing along when the band arrive next spring.

Seven shows. Two nights at London’s O2 Arena. One massive Canadian rock band!

NICKELBACK are coming back to Britain – and one London show simply wasn’t enough! 🎸🔥🤘

Michael

🎸 About Michael Michael is the founder, editor and chief riff wrangler of The Riff Report, an independent Welsh rock, metal and alternative music publication built by fans, for fans. A lifelong rock and metal fan, Michael has spent years immersed in the music, culture and community that surround the heavier side of life. From discovering new bands and digging through classic albums to standing in muddy festival fields, squeezing into packed venues and spending far too much time near the front of a stage, music has always been much more than background noise — it is a massive part of who he is. That passion eventually became The Riff Report, a publication created to celebrate the bands, artists, venues, festivals, photographers, promoters and fans who keep the rock and metal world turning. Michael spends much of the year covering gigs, festivals, tours, album releases, new singles, interviews and music news, with a camera never too far away and a press pass usually hanging somewhere around his neck. Whether it is a huge arena show, a major outdoor festival or a tiny grassroots venue packed with people discovering their new favourite band, he believes every part of the scene has stories worth telling. For Michael, one of the biggest joys of music journalism is being able to shine a light on artists at every level. The Riff Report is just as interested in the hungry independent band playing to 50 people as it is in the global act headlining to 50,000. Supporting unsigned, independent and grassroots musicians is a huge part of the publication’s identity, because every legendary band started somewhere. Sometimes the next big thing is not on a massive billboard or a major-label playlist — sometimes they are crammed onto a tiny stage in a pub, plugging in their own gear and hoping somebody in the room remembers their name. Michael wants The Riff Report to be one of the places that remembers.
