LABEL: Xtreem Music
RELEASE DATE: July 9th 2026
GENRE: Death/Gore Metal
Some albums entertain you.
Some albums inspire you.
And then there are albums like Emanation Of The Dying Perceptions by Necromonger โ records that feel like they were stitched together from corpse parts in a lightning storm before being buried underground for a decade and rediscovered by accident. ๐ฉธ๐
This is not casual listening.
This is not โstick it on while cleaning the kitchenโ music.
This is the sound of humanity collapsing in slow motion beneath layers of grime, blood, rust, fear and absolutely colossal riffs.
And honestly, buttโฆ itโs gloriously disgusting. ๐ค๐ฅ
๐ง FROM THE DEPTHS OF BULGARIA COMES PURE FILTH
Emerging from Bulgariaโs underground metal sewer system in 2021, Necromonger formed from members of Fecal Body Incorporated, Cocklush and Concrete โ which already tells you everything you need to know about where this bandโs collective headspace lives.
Spoiler alert:
Itโs somewhere horrible. ๐
Rather than chasing polished production or modern death metal trends, Necromonger fully embrace the grime, the ugliness and the oppressive atmosphere that made old-school gore metal so terrifying in the first place.
Thereโs no flashy overproduction here.
No over-edited โInstagram metalโ.
No shiny TikTok-core breakdown nonsense.
Just slow-moving, sewer-dwelling death metal violence designed to make listeners feel physically uncomfortable.
And thatโs exactly why this album works so brilliantly.
โฐ๏ธ THIS ALBUM DOESNโT PLAYโฆ IT HUNTS
From the opening seconds of โBeyond The Pleasure Principleโ, Necromonger establish a suffocating atmosphere that hangs over the entire record like toxic fog rolling through a cemetery.
The intro creeps forward slowly, tension building with sinister intent before the guitars finally crash in with all the grace of a wrecking ball hitting a morgue wall.
The riffs are thick.
Not โheavyโ thick.
Weโre talking:
- abandoned slaughterhouse thick,
- industrial freezer thick,
- gravy after six pints thick.
Every note feels drenched in filth.
Meanwhile, Pigmanโs vocals sound genuinely possessed โ less like traditional death metal growls and more like a deeply angry creature trying to claw its way out of a collapsed coffin.
Thereโs a horrifying authenticity to it all.
Nothing feels forced.
Nothing feels trendy.
This is a band completely committed to creating a world of decay and dragging the listener into it whether they like it or not.
๐ฅ SLOWERโฆ HEAVIERโฆ DEADLIER
One of the smartest things Necromonger do throughout Emanation Of The Dying Perceptions is avoid relying purely on speed.
A lot of modern death metal bands try to flatten listeners through sheer velocity.
Necromonger prefer to crush you slowly.
Tracks like โBorn In Grave Waxโ stagger forward with this horrible, primitive groove that feels ritualistic and violent all at once. The bass tone sounds absolutely rotten โ like the strings were dipped in swamp water before recording.
Itโs hypnotic.
Disgusting.
And weirdly addictive.
Meanwhile, Quill Ratโs drumming constantly shifts between restrained tension and sudden bursts of blunt-force destruction, making every transition hit even harder.
This is music designed for:
- filthy underground venues,
- sweat dripping from ceilings,
- fog machines barely working,
- and some bloke in the pit wearing a battle jacket that smells like damp festivals and regret.
Proper death metal culture, mun. ๐ค
๐ฉธ โCONFESSIONS OF A DEAD POETโ FEELS LIKE A NIGHTMARE
One of the albumโs standout moments arrives with โConfessions Of A Dead Poetโ, where Necromonger lean heavily into atmosphere and psychological horror.
The song feels cold.
Not emotionally cold.
Physically cold.
Like standing alone in an abandoned building at 3am hearing noises from another room.
The riffs crawl instead of sprinting, allowing every note to linger uncomfortably in the air while the vocals echo like some cursed spirit narrating your final moments.
Itโs genuinely unsettling stuff.
And in a genre where plenty of bands mistake noise for atmosphere, Necromonger absolutely nail the balance.
๐ช โSLAUGHTER TO THE BONESโ IS PURE AUDIO HORROR
The albumโs advance single โSlaughter To The Bonesโ is arguably the crown jewel of the entire record.
And good griefโฆ this thing is nasty. ๐๐ฅ
The track unfolds with a slow-burning sense of dread before exploding into one of the filthiest riff assaults on the album.
The guitars sound gigantic.
The vocals are horrifying.
And the entire atmosphere feels drenched in hopelessness.
Thereโs this creeping sensation throughout the track that something truly terrible is about to happen โ and by the end of it, it feels like the album finally reveals its true monstrous form.
Itโs death metal that genuinely feels dangerous.
Not in a fake PR-marketing way.
But in the old-school underground sense where the music sounds like it was made by people who absolutely live and breathe this stuff.
๐ PHYSICAL FORMATS FOR THE GORE COLLECTORS
Necromonger clearly understand their audience because Emanation Of The Dying Perceptions is getting a proper old-school physical release rollout.
The album will be available on:
- CD
- 12โ Vinyl LP
- Cassette
- Digital formats
And the bonus material is exactly the sort of gloriously excessive madness gore fans will love.
๐ฟ CD Bonus Track:
โNecromongerโ
An instrumental journey through atmosphere and brutality that expands the albumโs nightmare world even further.
๐ผ Cassette Bonus Track:
โNecrocannibal Pollutionโ
Quite possibly the most beautifully disgusting song title released this year.
Honestly, if your cassette player survives this album, it deserves a medal.
โ๏ธ THE BAND MEMBERS SOUND LIKE BOSSES FROM A BANNED HORROR GAME
Necromonger Line-Up:
- Pigman โ Vocals
- Agrogrinder โ Guitars/Bass
- Quill Rat โ Drums
You could tell someone these were characters from a lost PS2 horror game and theyโd absolutely believe you.
๐ง FOR THE TRUE DEATH METAL FILTH MERCHANTS
Fans of the following legends should immediately throw this album onto their playlist:
- Carcass
- Mortician
- Impetigo
- Autopsy
If your music taste includes:
- horror films banned in 14 countries,
- underground demo tapes,
- riffs that sound like collapsing buildings,
- and album covers your nan would absolutely hateโฆ
โฆthen Necromonger are probably about to become one of your favourite new bands.
๐ค THE RIFF REPORT VERDICT
Emanation Of The Dying Perceptions is a revolting, oppressive, riff-soaked descent into gore metal madness โ and we mean that as the highest compliment possible.
Necromonger have crafted a debut album that feels authentic, dangerous and completely committed to its horrific vision.
No gimmicks.
No trend chasing.
Just pure death metal ugliness delivered with terrifying conviction.
This is the soundtrack to:
- rotting graveyards,
- candlelit slaughterhouses,
- post-apocalyptic wastelands,
- and probably the queue outside Download Festival toilets at 1am after too much cider.
Absolute carnage, mun. ๐๐ฅ
If youโre craving death metal that crawls under your skin and stays there long after the final riff fades out, Emanation Of The Dying Perceptions deserves your attention immediately.
Just maybe donโt listen to it alone in the dark.
Or do.
Weโre not your parents. ๐ค๐ฉธ
