As festival season begins to wind down, thereโ€™s one event ready to crank the amps straight back up. Planet Rockstock 2026 is returning to Trecco Bay Holiday Park this November, bringing four days of incredible live music, unforgettable performances and one of the friendliest communities in rock.

Forget trudging through muddy fields and wrestling with tent polesโ€”Rockstock is all about enjoying brilliant bands, catching up with fellow rock fans and soaking up a proper family atmosphere, all from the comfort of an indoor festival on the beautiful South Wales coast.

For anyone suffering from the post-summer festival bluesโ€ฆ this might just be the perfect cure.

๐Ÿ“ Planet Rockstock 2026

๐Ÿ“ Trecco Bay Holiday Park, Porthcawl, South Wales

๐Ÿ“… 26โ€“29 November 2026

Planet Rockstock has become one of the UKโ€™s favourite indoor rock festivals, blending legendary artists with rising stars across two stages. Throw in exclusive artist Q&A sessions, late-night entertainment, meet-and-greets and a holiday park packed with rock fans, and youโ€™ve got one hell of a weekend.

Whether youโ€™re travelling from the valleys, Scotland, England or beyond, everyone is welcomed like an old mate.

And thatโ€™s exactly why people keep coming back.

๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ Ticket Information

One of the biggest attractions of Planet Rockstock is the flexibility of its ticket options. Whether you can only make one day or fancy immersing yourself in four full days of rock and metal, thereโ€™s a package to suit every fan.

๐ŸŽซ Day Tickets

  • Thursday: From ยฃ40
  • Friday: From ยฃ60
  • Saturday: From ยฃ85
  • Sunday: From ยฃ85

๐Ÿค˜ Weekend Tickets

  • 3-Day Weekend Ticket (Fridayโ€“Sunday): From ยฃ215
  • 4-Day Gold Ticket (Thursdayโ€“Sunday): From ยฃ260

The exclusive Gold Ticket includes a limited-edition Planet Rockstock event T-shirt, making it a popular choice for returning festival-goers.

If youโ€™re planning to stay for the entire weekend, accommodation packages at Trecco Bay Holiday Park are also available. Many of the most popular caravans sell out well in advance, so booking early is highly recommended.

To make things easier, selected ticket options are also available on payment plans, allowing fans to spread the cost over several months.

๐ŸŽค A Line-up That Hits Hard

This yearโ€™s festival boasts one of the strongest Rockstock line-ups in years, mixing iconic names with exciting new talent.

๐ŸŽญ Geoff Tate Performs

Operation: Mindcrime

This alone is worth the ticket.

Former Queensrรฟche frontman Geoff Tate will perform the legendary concept album Operation: Mindcrime in full, giving fans the chance to experience one of progressive metalโ€™s greatest albums exactly as it deserves to be heardโ€”live and loud.

Expect soaring vocals, epic storytelling and a performance that will remind everyone why this album is still considered a masterpiece.

๐Ÿฆ… Magnum

British melodic rock royalty Magnum continue to prove why theyโ€™re one of the countryโ€™s most beloved bands.

Packed with huge choruses, timeless classics and emotional moments, their set promises to be one of the highlights of the entire weekend.

Get those voices warmed upโ€”youโ€™ll be singing along from start to finish.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Ricky Warwick & The Fighting Hearts

Fresh from a hugely successful run of solo material, Ricky Warwick & The Fighting Hearts bring passion, grit and buckets of rock โ€˜nโ€™ roll swagger.

If youโ€™ve seen Ricky live before, youโ€™ll know exactly what to expect.

If you havenโ€™tโ€ฆ

Prepare to become a fan.

๐Ÿค˜ An Incredible Supporting Cast

The strength of Planet Rockstock has always been the depth of its line-up, and 2026 is absolutely stacked.

Festival-goers can also catch:

  • โšก Blaze Bayley
  • ๐Ÿ‘‘ King King
  • ๐ŸŽธ Girlschool
  • ๐ŸŽค John Corabi & Friends
  • ๐Ÿ”ฅ Alcatrazz
  • ๐Ÿฆ… Raven
  • ๐ŸŽต The Fell (featuring Billy Sheehan)
  • ๐ŸŒต Parker Barrow
  • ๐Ÿ’™ Blue Nation
  • ๐Ÿง™ Hรคxan
  • ๐ŸŒŸ Cassidy Paris
  • โš”๏ธ Seven Sisters
  • ๐Ÿ’€ The Dead Collective

From classic rock legends and NWOBHM pioneers to blues rock favourites and exciting newcomers, thereโ€™s barely a weak spot across the entire bill.

Thatโ€™s exactly how we like our festivals.

๐ŸŽช More Than Just Great Bands

What separates Planet Rockstock from many other festivals isnโ€™t just the music.

Itโ€™s the atmosphere.

Because the event takes place inside Trecco Bay Holiday Park, fans spend the whole weekend together.

Youโ€™ll bump into musicians grabbing breakfast.

Share a pint with people youโ€™ve only ever spoken to online.

Catch intimate Q&A sessions where artists tell stories youโ€™d never hear on stage.

Then head straight back into another packed venue to watch your next favourite band.

Thereโ€™s something wonderfully relaxed about the whole weekend.

No massive walks between stages.

No endless queues across muddy fields.

Just rock fans having a brilliant time together.

๐Ÿš— Getting to Planet Rockstock

One of the biggest advantages of Planet Rockstock is just how easy it is to reach.

๐Ÿš˜ By Car

Trecco Bay Holiday Park is located in Porthcawl (CF36 5PW) and is easily accessible from the M4 motorway.

Simply leave the M4 at Junction 37 (Pyle) before following the A4229 into Porthcawl. The holiday park is well signposted and is around a 15-minute drive from the motorway.

Parking is available on-site, although visitors should always check their booking confirmation for the latest parking guidance.

๐Ÿš† By Train

The nearest railway station is Bridgend, with direct rail links from:

  • Cardiff
  • Swansea
  • Newport
  • Bristol
  • London Paddington
  • Birmingham
  • Manchester

From Bridgend Station itโ€™s just a 20โ€“25 minute taxi journey or a short bus ride to Trecco Bay.

๐ŸšŒ By Bus

Regular bus services operate between Bridgend, Porthcawl town centre and Trecco Bay, making public transport an easy option for festival-goers.

โœˆ๏ธ By Air

If youโ€™re travelling from further afield, Cardiff Airport is approximately 25 miles (40 km) away, with straightforward onward travel by car, taxi or rail via Bridgend.

โค๏ธ The Planet Rock Family

One thing youโ€™ll hear over and over again from Rockstock regulars is that it feels like coming home.

Itโ€™s a festival where strangers become drinking buddies, friendships are made over breakfast and everyone shares the same passion for live music.

Whether youโ€™re travelling on your own or bringing the whole gang, youโ€™ll never feel out of place.

Itโ€™s one of those rare festivals where community is every bit as important as the music.

And thatโ€™s something we absolutely love.

๐Ÿ‡ผ๐Ÿ‡ธ Wales Knows How to Rock

Here at The Riff Report, weโ€™re always proud to shout about major rock events happening on Welsh soil.

South Wales has become home to some incredible festivals over the years, and Planet Rockstock continues to prove that Wales can host world-class events that attract fans from all over the country.

The combination of fantastic bands, stunning coastal surroundings and legendary Welsh hospitality makes this one of the most enjoyable weekends on the rock calendar.

Proper tidy, mun.

๐ŸŽธ The Riff Report Verdict

Planet Rockstock isnโ€™t trying to be the biggest festival in Britain.

Itโ€™s trying to be one of the best.

With Geoff Tate performing the legendary Operation: Mindcrime, iconic British rockers Magnum, the ever-brilliant Ricky Warwick & The Fighting Hearts, and a packed supporting bill featuring Blaze Bayley, Girlschool, King King, Parker Barrow, Blue Nation, Hรคxan and many more, this yearโ€™s event is shaping up to be another unforgettable celebration of rock music.

Add in affordable ticket options, comfortable on-site accommodation, easy transport links, artist Q&A sessions, late-night entertainment and one of the friendliest communities youโ€™ll find anywhere in the rock world, and itโ€™s easy to see why Planet Rockstock has become such a beloved fixture on the UK festival calendar.

If youโ€™ve never experienced Planet Rockstock before, 2026 is the perfect year to change that.

Weโ€™ll certainly be hoping to see plenty of familiar faces wandering around Trecco Bay with a pint in one hand, a festival programme in the other and devil horns permanently in the air.

See you down the front, butt! ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿป

๐ŸŽธ Whoโ€™s heading to Planet Rockstock 2026?

Which band are you most excited to see? Geoff Tate? Magnum? Ricky Warwick? Blaze Bayley? Or are you looking forward to discovering your next favourite band?

Let us know in the comments and across The Riff Report social channelsโ€”weโ€™ll be counting down the days with you.

๐Ÿค˜ Proudly Welsh. Proudly Loud. Zero Apologies.
