Well butt, if you thought Slash only dealt in thunderous riffs and iconic top hats, think again. The Guns N’ Roses axe-slinger has just added another string to his (already massive) bow – he’s stepped into the world of TV as executive producer for the upcoming UK serial killer drama The Crow Girl.

Adapted from the dark and twisted Swedish crime novel trilogy by Erik Axl Sund, The Crow Girl promises a grim, psychological dive into murder, trauma, and all the nasty little corners of the human mind. Exactly the sort of thing you wouldn’t expect the man behind “Paradise City” to get his mitts on – but if you know Slash’s taste for horror and all things macabre, it actually makes perfect sense.
He’s no stranger to the big screen either. Back in 2010, Slash co-founded Slasher Films, a production company that dropped the gruesome flick Nothing Left to Fear. Clearly, the man’s been itching to blend his rock ’n’ roll swagger with spine-chilling storytelling again – and now he’s back, perched behind the scenes with his executive producer hat (and maybe still his top hat) firmly on.
Slash + Serial Killers = Sinister Soundtrack Potential?
