Right then, butt… just when you thought Download Festival 2026 couldn’t get any bigger, louder, or weirder — they’ve gone and dropped the District X line-up, and it’s basically a full-blown fever dream in a field 🤘😈
Welcome back to Donington Park (10–14 June 2026) — where riffs rule the day… and District X absolutely wrecks your sleep schedule at night.
🏕️ WHAT EVEN IS DISTRICT X?!
If you’ve never ventured into District X before, imagine this:
👉 A festival within the festival
👉 Zero rules, maximum vibes
👉 Karaoke, DJs, comedy, madness
👉 That one mate who says “just one more drink” and suddenly it’s sunrise
It’s the after-hours playground of Download — and 2026 looks like it’s gone full goblin mode.
🎤 THE LINE-UP — AND YES, YOUR EYES AREN’T LYING
This year’s District X bill is a proper mixed bag of chaos, nostalgia, and “how the hell did they book them?” energy:
- 🎶 Five (YES, that Five… everybody get up!)
- 🔥 Electric Six (danger! high voltage, baby)
- 📺 Dick & Dom (Bogies in the pit? It’s happening.)
- 💔 The All-American Rejects
- 🎧 MODESTEP
- 🦇 Bat Sabbath (because why not?)
- 🌾 TokenGrass (Sleep Token… but make it yeehaw 🤠)
Honestly, this is less a line-up and more a dare.
🎉 WHAT ELSE IS GOING DOWN?
District X isn’t just about bands — oh no, this is where things get properly unhinged:
- 🎤 Live band karaoke (your moment to butcher a classic)
- 😂 Comedy & live podcasts
- 🧠 Pub quizzes (good luck remembering answers after 8 pints)
- 🥁 Heavy Metal Sports (yes, it’s as ridiculous as it sounds)
- 🎲 Bongo’s Bingo & Panic! At The Bingo
- 🎧 DJ sets from scene favourites
And the real magic? Secret sets 👀 — the kind where rumours spread through the campsite like wildfire and suddenly you’re sprinting in flip-flops to catch something legendary.
🤘 MAIN FESTIVAL FLEX
As if District X wasn’t enough, the main arena is already stacked:
- 💥 Limp Bizkit
- 🔫 Guns N’ Roses
- 🔥 Linkin Park
That’s not a line-up… that’s a full-on nostalgia nuke with pit damage guaranteed.
🎟️ TICKETS — DON’T MESS ABOUT
Bad news for the planners…
👉 Camping tickets are GONE
But!
👉 Weekend arena & day tickets are still knocking about (for now…)
So if you fancy diving into the madness without pitching a tent in the British weather (bold move, fair play), you’ve still got a shot.
🍻 RIFF REPORT VERDICT — BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL CHAOS
District X has gone from “something to do after the bands” to one of the main reasons to go to Download at all.
It’s weird.
It’s loud.
It’s unpredictable.
It’s exactly what festival culture should be in 2026.
Where else are you gonna watch Five, scream lyrics at karaoke, witness a bluegrass metal tribute, and end the night in a bingo rave with strangers who’ve become your best mates?
Only at Download, mun. Only at Download.
🖤 FINAL THOUGHT
Prepare for:
👉 No sleep
👉 Questionable decisions
👉 Legendary stories
And somewhere between the riffs and the ridiculousness…
👉 the best weekend of your life
See you in the pit… or more likely, in District X at 2am losing your voice to karaoke. Proper job 🤘🔥
