Turns out, for Black Sabbath – the gods of heavy metal and Brum’s loudest export – it was both. “Back to the Beginning” wasn’t just a gig. It was a metal funeral, feast, and family reunion all rolled into one – with more riffs than a Tony Iommi daydream and more tears than an Ozzy farewell hug. 😭🎸
This was it, mun. The final encore. The Brummie blowout. The thunderous curtain call for a band that rewrote music history with a down-tuned guitar and a demonic sneer.
🏟️ THE STAGE WAS SET – VILLA PARK GOES FULL METAL
Birmingham’s Villa Park transformed into a riff-soaked temple, surrounded by 35,000 black-clad pilgrims and one almighty wall of sound. The Back to the Beginning mega-concert wasn’t just about Sabbath – it was a metal Avengers assemble. 🤯⚡
With Ozzy announcing it as his final live appearance, and whispers of a surprise or two backstage, the excitement was hotter than a Glastonbury tent at noon.
