Taylor Momsen and the gang return with new music, new chaos, and five huge UK shows
Right then rock fans… strap in, because The Pretty Reckless are officially back in business. And not just with a cheeky single or two — we’re talking a brand new album AND a full UK tour announcement. Proper job. 🔥
The New York rock outfit fronted by the unstoppable Taylor Momsen have revealed their fifth studio album, Dear God, which is set to land on 26 June 2026.
Yes mun… fresh riffs are coming.
This marks the band’s first album since 2021’s thunderous Death By Rock And Roll, and if the early singles are anything to go by, they’re charging straight back into that gritty, bluesy, stadium-sized rock sound that’s made them one of the most exciting modern rock bands on the planet.
And honestly? The timing couldn’t be better. The rock world has been crying out for a proper Pretty Reckless comeback.
🎸 NEW MUSIC IS ALREADY DROPPING
Fans have already had a taste of what’s coming from the album.
Two tracks are out in the wild:
🔥 When I Wake Up
🔥 For I Am Death
Both songs lean hard into the band’s darker, cinematic rock style — the kind of music that feels like it belongs blasting across a festival field while the Welsh rain comes sideways and someone spills a pint in the pit.
Classic gig chaos.
Taylor Momsen’s voice is still absolutely ferocious, switching from smoky blues swagger to full-throttle rock goddess mode in seconds. The band sound tighter than ever too — big riffs, thunderous drums, and that unmistakable Pretty Reckless attitude.
🇬🇧 UK TOUR DATES – NOVEMBER & DECEMBER 2026
Even better news for British fans — the band have confirmed five UK shows as part of their Dear God World Tour.
So yes… there will be sweaty venues, loud guitars, and plenty of rock fans screaming every word.
Here’s where you can catch them:
🎤 26 November – Bristol, The Prospect Building
🎤 27 November – Wolverhampton, Civic Hall
🎤 29 November – Manchester, O2 Victoria Warehouse
🎤 1 December – London, O2 Academy Brixton
🎤 3 December – Glasgow, Barrowlands
That Glasgow Barrowlands show alone is going to be absolute carnage in the best possible way. Legendary venue, legendary band — that’s a recipe for flying pints and crowd chants.
Tickets are expected to go on sale 20 March 2026, with early access available through album pre-orders.
🔥 A HUGE ERA FOR THE BAND
Since forming back in 2009, The Pretty Reckless have quietly built one of the most impressive track records in modern rock.
They’ve racked up multiple UK and US rock chart hits, smashed festival stages across the world, and carved out a sound that sits perfectly between grunge, blues rock, and straight-up arena rock power.
Albums like:
- Light Me Up
- Going To Hell
- Who You Selling For
- Death By Rock And Roll
…have all produced monster tracks that still tear up rock playlists today.
Now with Dear God on the horizon, the band look ready to kick open another loud chapter.
And honestly… we are absolutely here for it.
