Sex Pistols featuring Frank Carter have expanded their massive December 2026 Anarchy In The UK tour, adding six additional shows following demand for the already-announced run.

And if the thought of Steve Jones, Paul Cook and Glen Matlock blasting through some of punk’s most infamous anthems with Frank Carter prowling around up front wasn’t chaotic enough already, the tour is now heading to even more corners of the country.

Leeds, Newcastle, Liverpool, Birmingham, Portsmouth and Bristol have all been added to the December run.

Basically, Britain is getting one enormous punk-rock Christmas party. 🎄🔥

🇬🇧 SIX MORE SHOWS ADDED

The newly announced dates are:

🎸 4 December – Leeds – O2 Academy 🆕
🎸 5 December – Newcastle – NX 🆕
🎸 12 December – Liverpool – Olympia 🆕
🎸 14 December – Birmingham – O2 Academy 🆕
🎸 15 December – Portsmouth – Guildhall 🆕
🎸 16 December – Bristol – Prospect Building 🆕

Tickets for the newly added dates are set to go on general sale Friday 4 September at 10am.

With the extra dates added, the December tour is shaping up to be an absolute monster.

🔥 SEX PISTOLS FEAT. FRANK CARTER – DECEMBER 2026 TOUR

📍 4 December – Leeds – O2 Academy 🆕
📍 5 December – Newcastle – NX 🆕
📍 7 December – Dublin – 3Arena
📍 9 December – Edinburgh – Corn Exchange
📍 10 December – Glasgow – O2 Academy
📍 12 December – Liverpool – Olympia 🆕
📍 14 December – Birmingham – O2 Academy 🆕
📍 15 December – Portsmouth – Guildhall 🆕
📍 16 December – Bristol – Prospect Building 🆕
📍 18 December – London – O2 Academy Brixton
📍 20 December – London – Eventim Apollo

That is one hell of a December.

Forget Christmas shopping — stick a safety pin through the wrapping paper and get yourself in the pit. 😂🤘

💣 50 YEARS OF ‘ANARCHY IN THE U.K.’

The tour arrives at a particularly tasty moment in punk history.

2026 marks 50 years since Sex Pistols released ‘Anarchy in the U.K.’, the explosive debut single that helped kick down the doors of the British music establishment.

Half a century later, those opening words still have the ability to make a room full of people collectively lose their minds.

And while the world surrounding punk has changed enormously since the Pistols first arrived like a brick through the window of polite British society, the music has lost very little of its bite.

Songs including ‘God Save the Queen’, ‘Pretty Vacant’, ‘Holidays in the Sun’ and, of course, ‘Anarchy in the U.K.’ remain some of the most recognisable punk tracks ever recorded.

Now they’re being unleashed on another generation of crowds.

🎤 FRANK CARTER + SEX PISTOLS = BEAUTIFUL CHAOS

When the collaboration between Sex Pistols and Frank Carter was first announced, there was always going to be curiosity.

How would it work?

Could anyone step into the middle of songs carrying that much history?

Then they got on stage.

And suddenly the question became:

When can we see this again?!

Carter isn’t trying to turn himself into a carbon copy of the band’s past. Instead, he’s brought his own ferocious live personality into the equation.

Anyone who has witnessed Frank Carter at full throttle knows exactly what that means.

Sweat.

Crowd interaction.

Flying bodies.

Very little respect for the concept of standing still.

Absolute carnage. 😈

Alongside him, original Sex Pistols members Steve Jones, Paul Cook and Glen Matlock provide the unmistakable backbone behind those legendary songs.

It’s not some polished museum recreation of punk.

It’s loud, messy and alive.

Exactly as it should be.

🎸 STEVE JONES: THE BAND IS FIRING

Steve Jones has also spoken enthusiastically about the current incarnation of the group, describing the band as a “well-oiled machine” and praising Carter’s ability to get audiences involved.

And judging by the demand for additional shows, plenty of fans clearly fancy another helping.

There is something brilliantly ridiculous about songs once considered dangerous enough to terrify sections of the British establishment still filling venues 50 years later.

Punk was supposedly going to burn brightly and disappear.

Instead, here we are in 2026 preparing to scream ‘ANARCHY!’ alongside thousands of other people.

Not bad for a musical revolution everyone kept declaring dead, eh?

🤘 THE RIFF REPORT VERDICT

This December tour was already looking tasty.

Adding Leeds, Newcastle, Liverpool, Birmingham, Portsmouth and Bristol has turned it into one of the biggest punk runs of the end of 2026.

You’ve got three original members of one of Britain’s most influential bands.

You’ve got Frank Carter — a bloke seemingly physically incapable of performing a quiet gig.

You’ve got songs celebrating their 50th anniversary.

And you’ve got venues packed with multiple generations of punk fans ready to cause absolute havoc.

What could possibly go wrong?

Actually…

Considering we’re talking about the Sex Pistols…

Don’t answer that. 😂

🔥 Sex Pistols featuring Frank Carter’s newly announced December 2026 dates go on general sale Friday 4 September at 10am.

Get the Docs polished, find the battered leather jacket and prepare those vocal cords.

Anarchy is coming back to Britain this Christmas. 🇬🇧🔥🤘

Proudly Welsh. Proudly Loud. Zero Apologies.
