⚡ ALISSA WHITE-GLUZ STEPS IN AS NEW FRONTWOMAN ⚡
Right, who spiked the Red Bull with rocket fuel then?! 😵💫🔥
Because this news has come in hotter than a Download Festival pit at peak chaos…
DragonForce have officially announced Alissa White-Gluz as their new vocalist and frontwoman.
Yeah, butt. THAT Alissa. The scream queen. The metal juggernaut. The woman who could probably shatter glass just by clearing her throat. 🤘💀
🎤 WHAT IN THE MULTIVERSE IS GOING ON?!
Let’s paint the scene proper:
On one side — DragonForce, kings of speed, chaos, and solos that feel like they’ve been plugged directly into a lightning storm ⚡🎸
On the other — Alissa, best known for absolutely levelling stages with Arch Enemy, delivering vocals that could wake the dead and then start a mosh pit with them.
And now?
👉 They’ve joined forces.
This isn’t just a lineup change…
This is like sticking a flamethrower onto a jet engine and seeing what happens. 😈🔥
⚡ WHAT THIS MEANS FOR THE SOUND
Let’s not mess about — this could completely reshape DragonForce as we know it.
Expect:
- 🎸 Still stupidly fast riffs (obviously, it’s DragonForce, mun)
- 🐉 Fantasy vibes with a darker, nastier bite
- 🎤 Potential mix of soaring cleans AND savage growls (pray to the riff gods 🙏)
- 💥 Live shows that’ll feel like being hit by a sonic avalanche
If they lean into Alissa’s heavier side, we could be looking at the heaviest DragonForce era ever.
And if they blend it with their classic melodic madness?
👉 Game over. Absolute carnage. 🤯
🗣️ THE METAL WORLD REACTS
The internet has already lost its collective mind:
- “This is insane… and I love it.”
- “DragonForce with growls?! TAKE MY MONEY.”
- “Didn’t see this coming but I’m not mad about it…”
Same energy here, lads 😂
This is one of those moments where the scene just stops and goes:
“Hang on… this could be massive.”
🎶 WHAT’S NEXT?
Right now, details are tighter than a snare drum:
- ❌ No confirmed album (yet…)
- ❌ No tour announcement (also yet…)
- ❌ No teaser track
But come on — you don’t make a move like this without something cooking behind the curtain 👀🔥
Expect:
👉 New music
👉 Big tour energy
👉 Absolute chaos when it drops
🤘 RIFF REPORT VERDICT
This is bold. This is risky. This is exactly the kind of madness we live for.
DragonForce could’ve played it safe…
Instead, they’ve gone full “hold my pint” and brought in one of the most powerful voices in modern metal.
And honestly?
We’re buzzing. Proper buzzing. 🍻🔥
If this clicks, we’re not just getting a new chapter…
👉 we’re getting a full-blown reinvention.
Stay loud, stay sweaty, and keep your neck muscles warmed up…
Because when this lineup hits the stage?
It’s going to be absolute war in the pit. 🤘💥
