Clear a space in the festival calendar, dust off the battle jacket and start mentally preparing your liver, because Mad of Stone Festival is officially gearing up for 2027! 🤘🍻
The independent rock celebration will return to Mote Park in Maidstone from Friday 16 July to Sunday 18 July 2027, and the first wave of Early Bird tickets is on sale now.
The bands may still be waiting behind the curtain, but the engines are already roaring. For festival fans who like securing their summer plans before the ticket prices start climbing, this is the moment to strike.
🎟️ GET IN EARLY, SAVE YOURSELF THE PANIC
Every festival veteran knows how this goes.
You see the Early Bird announcement. You tell yourself you’ll sort it next week. Then the line-up lands, everyone loses their minds, ticket tiers start disappearing and suddenly you’re shouting at a checkout screen while your bank card hides behind the sofa. 😈
Early Bird tickets are usually the cheapest opportunity to secure a place at the festival, rewarding the rockers willing to commit before the full line-up is revealed.
It’s a leap of faith, perhaps — but it’s a leap accompanied by guitars, festival food, cold drinks and three days of glorious noise.
Proper job. 🤘
📅 MAD OF STONE FESTIVAL 2027 DETAILS
Festival: Mad of Stone Festival 2027
Dates: 16–18 July 2027
Location: Mote Park, Maidstone
Tickets: Early Bird tickets on sale now
Line-up: To be announced
The festival will once again take over the impressive surroundings of Mote Park, welcoming rock fans for a full weekend of live music, community spirit and all the beautiful chaos that comes with a British festival.
Hopefully, the weather gods will behave themselves.
This is Britain, mind, so pack sun cream, waterproofs, sunglasses, emergency socks and possibly a small canoe. ☀️🌧️
🤘 A FESTIVAL BUILT FOR THE ROCK COMMUNITY
The UK festival scene isn’t only powered by enormous corporate events and stadium-sized headliners.
Independent festivals are the beating heart of British rock and metal. They give rising bands a platform, bring established favourites closer to their audiences and create the kind of friendly atmosphere where strangers become festival mates before the first chorus has finished.
Mad of Stone is part of that proud tradition.
It’s about turning up, supporting live music and spending a weekend surrounded by people who understand that a loud guitar can fix almost anything.
Bad week at work? Guitar solo.
Relationship trouble? Double kick drums.
Forgot the tent poles? Right, that one might require more than a guitar solo.
🎸 WHO COULD APPEAR IN 2027?
At the moment, the 2027 line-up remains under wraps, meaning speculation season can officially begin.
Will the festival bring back some familiar favourites?
Could we see major names from the British hard-rock circuit?
Will a rising band arrive early in the afternoon and leave as everyone’s new obsession?
That sense of discovery is one of the finest parts of festival season. You might arrive for the headline acts, but it’s often the band playing halfway down the bill that sends you home clutching a new T-shirt and telling everyone you discovered them first.
We’ll be watching closely for the first line-up announcement, because once those names begin dropping, the excitement will shift into top gear.
🏕️ THE FESTIVAL COUNTDOWN STARTS HERE
July 2027 might seem miles away, but festival weekends have a habit of sneaking up on us.
One minute, you’re casually buying an Early Bird ticket. The next, you’re trying to squeeze a tent, sleeping bag, boots, snacks and seventeen unnecessary band shirts into the back of the car.
Securing your ticket early gives you plenty of time to plan the important stuff:
Where you’re staying.
Who’s driving.
Which bands you’re desperate to see.
How many cereal bars count as a balanced festival breakfast.
And whether buying another black T-shirt is genuinely necessary.
It is. The answer is always yes. 🖤
🔥 THE RIFF REPORT VERDICT
A fresh festival announcement is always enough to get us buzzing here at The Riff Report Blog, and Mad of Stone has wasted no time getting the 2027 party started.
Early Bird tickets are officially available, the dates are locked in and Mote Park is preparing for another weekend of riffs, raised horns and rock ’n’ roll mayhem.
The line-up announcements will come later. For now, this is about planting the flag, booking the weekend and giving yourself something loud to look forward to.
So, who’s heading to Maidstone in July 2027 — and which bands would you love to see on the bill?
Start the wish list, butt. The road to Mad of Stone Festival 2027 begins now! 🤘🔥🎸
Proudly Welsh. Proudly Loud. Zero Apologies.
