What’s occurring, festive rockers? Strap in, grab a mince pie, and whack the kettle on, because the legendary Brian May has swooped down like a glam-rock Father Christmas and gifted us a brand-new Christmas song — and he’s teamed up with the wonderfully talented Talia to deliver something proper tidy for the holidays! 🎅🔥
This isn’t your average “jingle bells and sleigh ride” fluff either — nah, mun, this is Brian May doing what Brian May does best: guitars sparkling like fairy lights, melodies bigger than Cardiff Castle, and harmonies warmer than a pint by the fire at your local rock pub.
🎤✨ A DUET OF DREAMS
Talia’s voice comes in like the angel on the top of your Christmas tree — smooth, rich, and with just enough emotional punch to make even your nan whisper “lush, that is!”
The blend of her vocals with Brian’s iconic tone?
Oh butt… it works beautifully. Like stuffing and cranberry sauce. Like pigs in blankets and regret. Like Christmas and overdrafts. Perfection. 🎶
🎸🎅 GUITAR SOLO? OF COURSE THERE’S A GUITAR SOLO.
Brian May could sneeze and accidentally produce a solo worthy of Wembley.
And on this track? He lets rip with a twinkly, starry, properly festive guitar moment that’ll make every rock fan yell:
“YESS MUN, THIS IS WHAT CHRISTMAS IS ABOUT!” 🤘🔥
If you don’t headbang in your reindeer onesie at least once, check your pulse.
🎄 VIBES: CLASSIC QUEEN MEETS FESTIVE MAGIC
It’s got that signature Brian May warmth — the same energy you hear in Queen’s softer, more sentimental moments — but with enough Christmas sparkle to make even the Grinch crack a smile.
And Talia? She brings such a gorgeous modern edge that the whole track feels timeless and totally 2025 all at once.
🏴 Only in Wales, mun…
Somewhere in the Valleys there’s already a bloke playing this on repeat while setting up a 12-foot inflatable Santa that’s definitely going to blow over in the wind.
And honestly?
He’s living his best life.
🎧 FINAL THOUGHT
This is one of those festive collabs that you didn’t know you needed but now can’t live without.
A Christmas classic in the making.
A stocking full of riffs.
A proper job from two brilliant musicians.
Diolch, Brian and Talia — you’ve saved Christmas for rock fans everywhere. 🎄🤘🔥
