“The hills were alive… with the sound of our knees cracking!” 🎸🏕️

Forget Couch to 5K, butt — try Steelhouse to Beer Tent 10K! The Riff Report crew racked up a ludicrous 36,868 steps over the festival weekend. That’s more than 15 miles of moshing, marching, and desperately looking for the clean loo. 🫣

📈 The Daily Breakdown:

Monday: 1,948 steps – Still recovering, still hungover. Tuesday: 2,014 steps – Some light stretching. And snacks. Wednesday: 4,650 steps – The pre-festival twitch kicks in. Thursday: 80 steps – Absolute rest day. Energy stored. Phones charged. Friday: 💥 11,101 steps – We ARRIVED. Tents up. Boots on. Bands smashed it. Saturday: 🔥 10,408 steps – Between beer runs and pit dives, this was cardio chaos. Sunday: 6,667 steps – Slower pace, sore feet, still singing along to the final encore.

🧨 Totals That’d Make Bear Grylls Blush:

🔥 6-Day Streak of sweaty brilliance 🏃 15.7 miles walked (and probably danced) 💀 1,717 kcal burned – or approximately 3.2 festival burgers ⏱️ 6 hours 5 mins of moving (and not just queuing for the loo) 🧗 66 floors climbed – a.k.a. The Steelhouse Mountain™

Final Thoughts?

This wasn’t just a weekend of music. It was a full-blown fitness bootcamp disguised as a rock ‘n’ roll pilgrimage. 💪🎶 Next year we’re bringing a pedometer, a chiropractor, and a hoverboard.

Steelhouse, you beautiful beast — you made us move, and we loved every (sweaty) second of it. 🖤

C’mon butt — who needs the gym when you’ve got the mountain? 🏞️🎤
