Mote Park is about to erupt again, mun! ๐๏ธ Maid of Stone Festival has just unleashed the first 20 bands for its 2026 line-up, and if this first wave is anything to go by โ next summer is going to be an absolute belter.
Celebrating its fourth glorious year, Maid of Stone has cemented itself as one of the UKโs friendliest (and loudest) rock festivals โ a proper mix of classic riffs, new blood, and a beer tent that never sleeps. ๐ป
And nowโฆ weโve got our first two headliners ready to lead the charge!
โ๏ธ Headliners Announced So Far
๐ค SAXON โ The mighty British heavy metal legends return to show the next generation how itโs done. Expect leather, studs, and the thunderous sound of Wheels of Steel echoing through Mote Park. ๐ค
๐ฅ THE TEMPERANCE MOVEMENT โ The blues-rock heroes are back! Their soulful grooves, whiskey-soaked vocals, and stadium-worthy singalongs will be the perfect soundtrack to a summer sunset. ๐
And thatโs not allโฆ 18 more bands have been revealed as part of this first announcement, covering everything from vintage hard rock to blistering modern metal. The third headliner is still under wraps, but organisers promise something massive coming early next year. ๐
With its scenic setting, top-tier sound, and the kind of crowd that actually knows how to mosh and queue politely for chips, Maid of Stone has become a proper gem in the UK festival calendar.
