๐ The Daily Breakdown:
Monday: 1,948 steps โ Still recovering, still hungover. Tuesday: 2,014 steps โ Some light stretching. And snacks. Wednesday: 4,650 steps โ The pre-festival twitch kicks in. Thursday: 80 steps โ Absolute rest day. Energy stored. Phones charged. Friday: ๐ฅ 11,101 steps โ We ARRIVED. Tents up. Boots on. Bands smashed it. Saturday: ๐ฅ 10,408 steps โ Between beer runs and pit dives, this was cardio chaos. Sunday: 6,667 steps โ Slower pace, sore feet, still singing along to the final encore.
๐งจ Totals Thatโd Make Bear Grylls Blush:
๐ฅ 6-Day Streak of sweaty brilliance ๐ 15.7 miles walked (and probably danced) ๐ 1,717 kcal burned โ or approximately 3.2 festival burgers โฑ๏ธ 6 hours 5 mins of moving (and not just queuing for the loo) ๐ง 66 floors climbed โ a.k.a. The Steelhouse Mountainโข
Final Thoughts?
This wasnโt just a weekend of music. It was a full-blown fitness bootcamp disguised as a rock โnโ roll pilgrimage. ๐ช๐ถ Next year weโre bringing a pedometer, a chiropractor, and a hoverboard.
Steelhouse, you beautiful beast โ you made us move, and we loved every (sweaty) second of it. ๐ค
Cโmon butt โ who needs the gym when youโve got the mountain? ๐๏ธ๐ค
