Spiritbox frontwoman Courtney LaPlante has earned another mountain of respect from the heavy music community after bringing the bandโs set in Phoenix to a halt when a fan allegedly became violent in the crowd.
The singer stopped proceedings before Spiritbox launched into โSoft Spineโ, directing venue security towards the individual and refusing to continue until the situation had been dealt with.
Because while mosh pits are supposed to be chaotic, sweaty and louder than a Welsh family arguing over the last sausage roll, deliberately hurting other fans is not part of the deal.
Not even slightly, butt.

From the stage, LaPlante could apparently see that something wasnโt right in the audience.
