The countdown is well and truly ON! 🎸🔥
In just one week’s time, thousands of rock fans will be descending on Newark for Stonedead Festival 2026, and for those using the festival’s Accessibility facilities, there’s an important final update before everyone piles through the gates, gets camp established and starts preparing for a massive day of riffs.
If you’re an Accessibility customer, PA, camper or using Accessibility Day Parking, now is the time to make sure you’ve got everything sorted.
Because once the production crew are onsite, things are going to get very busy indeed. 😁
🎸 Accessibility Arrival Information Has Been Sent
Earlier this month, Accessibility Arrival and Information emails were sent to everyone who completed the Stonedead Accessibility Registration form.
These emails contain the important information you’ll need when arriving at the festival, including details for those using:
- ♿ Accessibility Camping
- 🚗 Accessibility Day Parking
- 🏕️ General Camping with accessibility requirements
- 🚐 Campervans
- 👥 Personal Assistants
- 🚌 Stonedead Express
Basically, if you’ve registered your accessibility requirements with the festival, you should now have received the relevant information explaining where you need to go and what you need to do when you arrive.
Have a little rummage through that inbox — and don’t forget the spam/junk folder, because email systems occasionally enjoy behaving like they’ve spent three days in a festival campsite. 😂
🎟️ Wristband Collection Information
Festival-goers who have accessibility requirements or PAs but are staying within General Camping or Campervans, using Day Parking, or travelling aboard the Stonedead Express have also been sent their own information regarding wristband collection and the relevant arrival arrangements.
It’s worth reading through everything before setting off.
Nobody wants to arrive carrying half a house, a camping chair, three bags, enough snacks to survive the apocalypse and then realise they’ve gone to the wrong place. 😅
🚨 Got A Question? NOW Is The Time To Ask
The Accessibility team has issued one final call for anyone who still has questions or needs something sorting before the festival.
That includes anyone who:
- Hasn’t received their Accessibility confirmation
- Needs their confirmation email resent
- Isn’t sure where they need to go on arrival
- Has questions about their PA arrangements
- Needs clarification regarding Accessibility Camping
- Has questions about Day Parking
- Isn’t sure about wristband collection
- Has any other accessibility-related query
Don’t leave it until the production team is already onsite.
Instead, get in touch now at:
access@stonedeadfestival.co.uk
As the Accessibility team themselves put it:
“Email me now, I promise I don’t bite (well not much 😁😉).”
Can’t really argue with that, can you? 😂
❤️ A Massive Shout-Out To The Accessibility Crew
Festival accessibility doesn’t magically happen.
Behind the scenes there are people putting in serious hours making sure fans with additional requirements can enjoy the same glorious day of riffs, mates, food, beer and rock ‘n’ roll chaos as everybody else.
The accompanying photo from the 2025 Accessibility Crew is a cracking reminder of the humans behind all that work. 🤘❤️
From answering questions before the festival to helping people onsite, these crews are an incredibly important part of making live music accessible.
So from us here at The Riff Report, a massive horns-up to everyone involved. 🤘
🏕️ One Week To Go!
And that’s about it, folks.
Registration emails sent. ✅
Arrival information sent. ✅
Wristband information sent. ✅
Camping gear currently taking over everyone’s living rooms. Probably. ✅
Weather apps being refreshed every twelve minutes. Definitely. 😂
Now we just need to get ourselves through the final countdown before Stonedead Festival 2026 kicks into gear.
If you’re registered for Accessibility and there’s anything you’re unsure about, don’t wait until you’re standing at the gates wondering what happens next.
Drop the Accessibility team an email now and get everything sorted while there’s still time.
Then all that’s left to worry about is considerably more important festival business…
Which band shirt are you wearing? How much beer money is enough beer money? And have you remembered the bloody tent pegs? 🍻😂
We’ll see you at Stonedead, butt.
One week to go. C’MON! 🤘🔥🎸
Proudly Welsh. Proudly Loud. Zero Apologies.
