Only in the Osbourne household could a toddler accidentally become more metal than most of us ever will be. 😅 Kelly Osbourne’s two-year-old son, Sidney, has officially joined the family tradition of causing delightful chaos — by biting the head off a toy bat this Halloween!

The mini Prince of Darkness was caught on camera during a family party, gleefully chomping down on a rubber bat like it was a spooky snack. Kelly, ever the proud mum, shared the moment on Instagram with the caption:

“Guess it runs in the family… Happy Halloween from my little bat muncher 🦇😂”

Fans instantly went feral in the comments:

“Ozzy would be proud!”
“Rock ‘n’ roll blood runs deep!”
“The next Download Festival headliner is born!”

It’s a sweet (and slightly terrifying) nod to one of rock’s most infamous moments — when Ozzy Osbourne bit the head off a real bat live on stage back in 1982 in Des Moines, Iowa. The moment became a defining (and often misunderstood) chapter in heavy metal history. Ozzy’s since joked countless times about it, even turning it into a line of merch — plush toy bats with detachable heads. 🦇😂

This time, though, it’s all laughs and zero rabies shots. Just a little lad, some Halloween fun, and a family that never fails to blend chaos with charm.

Kelly’s partner, Slipknot’s Sid Wilson, was reportedly howling with laughter as their son proudly held up the toy’s headless remains. If that’s not a metal family moment for the ages, we don’t know what is. 🤘

From bat-biting toddlers to world tours and reality TV antics, the Osbournes continue to prove one thing — rock ’n’ roll really does run in the blood.

Proper job, butt. 🏴🔥
