Some tours exist to promote a new album.

Others carry something far bigger than record sales, streaming numbers or another night beneath the stage lights.

Phil Campbellโ€™s Bastard Sons are returning to the road for The Phil Forever Tour, a deeply personal run of concerts celebrating the life, music and enduring legacy of the late Motรถrhead guitarist Phil Campbell.

Following the heartbreaking loss of their father, Todd, Tyla and Dane Campbell are moving forward with strength, heart and purpose, ensuring the mighty rock โ€™nโ€™ roll flame Phil ignited continues burning at full blast.

This will not simply be another heavy rock tour.

It will be a celebration of a father, musician, bandmate and genuine Welsh rock legend โ€” delivered through roaring amplifiers, thunderous drums and the sort of uncompromising riffs Phil spent his life firing into packed venues around the world.

๐Ÿšจ

The Phil Forever Tour Dates

The currently announced tour dates include:

  • Sunday 1 November 2026 โ€“ Oslo, London
  • Monday 2 November 2026 โ€“ European tour date
  • Wednesday 4 November 2026 โ€“ Paunchy Cats, Lichtenfels, Germany
  • Thursday 5 November 2026 โ€“ European tour date
  • Further European shows running until Thursday 12 November 2026
  • Sunday 15 November 2026 โ€“ Lost Horizon, Bristol

The London show takes place at Oslo on Sunday 1 November, with doors opening at 6pm. Tickets are listed from a ยฃ27 face value, with booking fees applying.

The tour then finishes its currently announced run at Lost Horizon in Bristol on Sunday 15 November, with doors opening at 6pm. Bristol tickets carry a ยฃ25 face value, plus applicable fees, and the event is restricted to those aged 18 and over.

The Fire Still Burns

Following Philโ€™s passing, returning to the stage could never have been an easy decision for the Campbell family.

However, the band are not allowing the music to disappear quietly.

Instead, they are turning their grief into something loud, honest and meaningful โ€” continuing the journey they began alongside their father while giving fans across the UK and Europe an opportunity to celebrate his extraordinary life.

Every show on The Phil Forever Tour promises to carry enormous emotional weight.

There will undoubtedly be tears, but there will also be laughter, stories, raised horns and enough glorious rock โ€™nโ€™ roll noise to rattle the walls.

Because this tour is not about quietly saying goodbye.

It is about celebrating Phil Campbell exactly as he deserves to be celebrated:

Loudly. Proudly. And with the amplifiers turned up until the venue landlord starts sweating.

โšก

A Legacy Built on Unforgettable Riffs

Phil Campbell joined Motรถrhead in 1984 and remained with the band until its final chapter following the death of Lemmy Kilmister in 2015.

During more than three decades with the group, he became an essential part of Motรถrheadโ€™s unmistakable sound and appeared across 16 studio albums.

His guitar work helped drive countless fan favourites, while his relaxed stage presence, razor-sharp humour and down-to-earth personality made him one of the most respected figures in heavy music.

After Motรถrhead ended, Phil continued doing what he loved by forming Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons alongside his sons Todd, Dane and Tyla.

What began as a family-powered project quickly grew into a formidable heavy rock band in its own right, releasing hard-hitting records and performing on festival stages and inside venues across the world.

The remaining members now perform as Phil Campbellโ€™s Bastard Sons, keeping the family bond and the music at the heart of everything they do.

๐ŸŽค

A Living Tribute, Not a Museum Piece

The Phil Forever Tour will not be some dusty nostalgia exercise where everyone stands around looking miserable beneath a single spotlight.

This is the Campbell family we are talking about, mun.

Fans should expect a show carrying the attitude, power and authenticity that Phil demanded throughout his career: honest, hard-hitting and completely uncompromising rock โ€™nโ€™ roll.

The band are not simply preserving his legacy.

They are carrying it forward.

Every riff played on this tour will tell part of Philโ€™s story, but the concerts will also represent the beginning of a brave new chapter for the musicians he loved, encouraged and performed alongside.

That makes these dates far more than tribute concerts.

They are proof that the music remains alive.

๐Ÿด

One of Walesโ€™ Greatest Rock Heroes

For Welsh rock fans, Phil Campbell was not merely a famous guitarist from Motรถrhead.

He was one of our own.

Born in Pontypridd, Phil went from South Wales to the largest rock and metal stages on the planet, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with Lemmy while helping create music that remains loved by generations of fans.

Despite decades of international touring and global success, Phil never lost the unmistakable humour, warmth and attitude of his Welsh roots.

He proved that a guitarist from Pontypridd could conquer the world without forgetting where he came from.

That legacy continues every time a young Welsh musician picks up a guitar, turns the amplifier towards eleven and dreams of escaping the rehearsal room.

Proper job, Phil. ๐Ÿ–ค

๐Ÿ”ฅ

More Than Another Night at a Gig

Anyone attending The Phil Forever Tour should expect an atmosphere unlike an ordinary concert.

These rooms will be filled with people carrying their own memories of Phil, Motรถrhead and the Bastard Sons.

Some will have watched him perform dozens of times.

Others may never have had the opportunity to see him live but discovered his music through records handed down by parents, siblings or mates.

For one night, those memories will come together through music.

The crowd will become part of the tribute, with every cheer, every raised glass and every shouted lyric helping keep Philโ€™s spirit alive.

There may be no better demonstration of the strength of the rock community than fans and family standing together during an evening such as this.

๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ

Tickets Are on Sale

Tickets for the announced dates are available through the band, venues and participating ticket agents.

Demand could be strong, particularly for the intimate UK performances in London and Bristol, so fans hoping to attend should not leave it until the night before and then start frantically refreshing resale websites while shouting at the Wi-Fi.

Get yourselves organised, butt.

Grab the tickets.

Arrange the lift.

Locate the battle jacket.

Then prepare to celebrate one of Walesโ€™ true rock โ€™nโ€™ roll giants.

๐Ÿค˜

The Riff Report Verdict

The Phil Forever Tour is far more than a collection of live dates.

It is a family standing together.

It is a band moving forward while honouring the man who started everything.

It is a community gathering beneath the same roof to celebrate the riffs, memories and enormous personality of Phil Campbell.

Most importantly, it ensures his musical flame does not quietly fade into history.

It keeps burning through his sons, his songs and every fan who continues cranking Motรถrhead until the neighbours start banging on the wall.

Phil forever. Motรถrhead forever. Rock โ€™nโ€™ roll forever. ๐Ÿ–ค๐ŸŽธ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Proudly Welsh. Proudly Loud. Zero Apologies.
