Kentucky’s Finest Add FIVE Extra Shows To Huge UK & Ireland Run

Bad news and good news, Downloaders, rockers, and lovers of big riffs everywhere.

The bad news? Black Stone Cherry have officially moved their highly anticipated UK & Ireland Celebrate Tour from autumn 2026 to January and February 2027.

The good news?

They’ve added five extra shows to the run, turning an already massive tour into an absolutely monster 21-date trek across the UK and Ireland. Tidy. 🀘

The Kentucky rock giants announced the change due to family reasons, but fans can rest easy knowing that every previously purchased ticket remains valid for the new dates.

And let’s be honest, if waiting a few extra months means getting a bigger tour, we’re not exactly complaining.

πŸŽ‚ Celebrating 20 Years Of A Modern Rock Classic

This isn’t just another Black Stone Cherry tour.

The band are hitting the road to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their self-titled debut album, the record that introduced the world to their unmistakable blend of southern rock swagger, thunderous riffs, and arena-sized choruses.

Every night on the tour will feature the band’s debut album played in its entirety, giving fans a chance to relive the songs that started it all.

As if that wasn’t enough, the band will also perform a second set packed with fan favourites and tracks from their brand-new Celebrate EP.

That’s essentially two shows for the price of one, butt.

Expect classics, deep cuts, singalong moments, and enough guitar crunch to make the walls sweat.

πŸ”₯ Five New Shows Added

Alongside the rescheduled dates, Black Stone Cherry have expanded the tour with brand-new stops in:

  • Bournemouth
  • Frome
  • Torquay
  • Wolverhampton
  • Sheffield

That means even more fans get the chance to join what is shaping up to be one of the biggest rock tours of 2027.

If you’ve ever seen Black Stone Cherry live, you’ll know exactly why people are already buzzing.

If you haven’t?

Prepare yourself.

The band have built a reputation over the years for delivering some of the most energetic, crowd-pleasing rock shows on the planet.

No gimmicks.

No nonsense.

Just riffs, sweat, massive choruses and a crowd singing every word back at the stage.

🀘 Why This Tour Matters

Twenty years is a huge milestone for any band.

Back in 2006, Black Stone Cherry arrived with a debut album packed full of southern-fried rock anthems and enough groove to make even the grumpiest metalhead nod along.

Since then they’ve become one of the most beloved live bands on the UK circuit, consistently packing venues and festival fields from Download to Planet Rockstock and beyond.

Their connection with British fans has always felt special.

While many American rock bands come and go, Black Stone Cherry have continued building an army of loyal followers who treat every show like a reunion.

This tour feels less like a nostalgia trip and more like a celebration of everything the band has achieved over the last two decades.

🎀 The Riff Report Verdict

Sure, nobody likes hearing that a tour has been postponed.

But when the result is a bigger tour, more dates, and a full performance of one of modern rock’s most beloved debut albums, it’s hard to stay grumpy for long.

January and February 2027 just became a lot louder.

We’ll see you down the front, singing every word and losing our voices by the second chorus.

Because some things never change.

And thankfully, Black Stone Cherry bringing the riffs is one of them.
