Fresh from unleashing absolute carnage at Steelhouse Festival 2026, Welsh metal monsters King Kraken are wasting no time getting back in front of the South Wales faithful.
The band will storm Black Cat, Bridgend, on Friday 12th March 2027, and judging by the early reaction, this one is already shaping up to be a proper sweaty, wall-shaking sell-out. π€
Steelhouse fans will still be recovering from King Krakenβs mountain-top assault β a set packed with thunderous riffs, giant grooves, blazing energy and enough firepower to make the sheep halfway down the valley start a circle pit.
Now, Bridgend is next.

King Kraken arrived at Steelhouse and played like a band with something to prove.
They left with a whole load of new fans, ringing ears across the mountain and a reputation for being one of the most exciting heavy bands currently tearing through the UK scene.
Their sound is big, brutal and built for the stage. Think crushing guitars, stomping rhythms, massive vocals and choruses designed to be shouted back by a room full of sweaty metalheads holding warm pints.
