A stage-worn outfit belonging to Queen icon Freddie Mercury and a jacket worn by Jon Bon Jovi are among the headline attractions in a massive music memorabilia auction taking place in London this October.
And we’re not talking about a signed CD somebody found down the back of a sofa, mun.
We’re talking proper pieces of rock ‘n’ roll history.
👑 Freddie Mercury’s Stage-Worn Outfit
One of the biggest attractions is a black embellished wraparound top and matching flared trousers worn by Freddie Mercury during Queen’s Sheer Heart Attack Tour.
The outfit is expected to fetch an eye-watering £60,000 to £120,000.
Yes.
One hundred and twenty grand.
But then again, this isn’t just an old stage costume. This is clothing worn by one of the greatest frontmen ever to pick up a microphone.
The Sheer Heart Attack era helped transform Queen into an international rock powerhouse, with the 1974 album delivering classics including Killer Queen and Now I’m Here.
Mercury’s theatrical stage presence was already becoming legendary, and his outfits would become almost as recognisable as the songs themselves.
For serious Queen collectors, owning something Freddie actually wore on stage is about as close as rock memorabilia gets to possessing the Crown Jewels.
Except these ones probably smell faintly of amplifiers and 1970s backstage chaos.
🎸 Jon Bon Jovi’s Wembley Jacket Is Going Under The Hammer
Bon Jovi fans aren’t getting off cheaply either.
An orange Dolce & Gabbana leather jacket worn by Jon Bon Jovi during the band’s enormous Wembley Stadium concert in 1995 is also included in the sale.
It’s expected to fetch somewhere between £10,000 and £20,000.
The Wembley performances came during Bon Jovi’s huge These Days era and remain part of the band’s incredible live history.

A pair of the Beatles legend’s tinted prescription glasses carries an estimated value of £100,000 to £200,000.
There’s also a Pan Am menu reportedly signed by all four Beatles, estimated at between £40,000 and £80,000.
Imagine casually owning something signed by John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr.
That’s not going in the kitchen drawer next to the takeaway menus, is it?
🎤 Oasis Fans Better Hide Their Bank Cards
There’s plenty for Oasis collectors too.
The auction catalogue includes memorabilia connected with the Manchester giants, including a Noel Gallagher handwritten set of “Morning Glory” lyrics, alongside photography and other pieces from the band’s history.
With Oasis memorabilia already hugely sought-after, particularly following the excitement surrounding their reunion era, expect some serious bidding when those lots appear.
🎹 A Piano With An Absolutely Ridiculous Rock CV
And then there’s a piano.
Not just any piano, mind.
A Yamaha C3 from Musicland Studios is being offered with an estimate of £200,000 to £400,000.
The instrument has links to an extraordinary list of musicians who recorded at the legendary Munich studio.
At £400,000, you’d probably want security guards standing either side of it every time somebody’s child asks if they can play Chopsticks.
