We’ve got a major shake-up from the Comic Con Manchester galaxy today. Sadly, Hayden Christensen, our beloved Anakin Skywalker (and everyone’s favourite angsty Jedi) has had to pull out of the weekend con due to unexpected night shoots on a film project. 🎥🌌
Before you yell “I HATE YOU!” at the sky like you’re sliding into lava on Mustafar, take a breath. Hayden’s not one to flake – the man’s as reliable as a Death Star countdown – and this was absolutely out of his hands. He’s sent his apologies to the fans, and knowing how much love he got at Comic Con Liverpool, we know this hurts.
BUT HERE’S THE PLOT TWIST…
🛸 The Comic Con team have been working like Jedi on Red Bulls behind the scenes – and they’ve only gone and lined up a MONSTER Sunday-only guest. Not a “replacement” – that would be like calling Han Solo a sub for Luke. Nah, this one’s a headliner in their own right – a certified sci-fi/fantasy/pop culture juggernaut, and easily one of the biggest UK convention guests in YEARS. 👀🔥
We’re talking massive fan-favourite levels, folks. This is the kind of last-minute chaos that only makes Comic Con more exciting – like being told Vader’s your dad halfway through a lightsaber duel.
🕖 THE BIG REVEAL IS AT 7PM TONIGHT
(Unless the agents get a bit wibbly-wobbly-timey-wimey, in which case it might nudge an hour.)
So, please don’t spam the event team with comments or emails just yet. They’re still finalising everything, and tomorrow you’ll get a full email with your options for refunds or switching your Hayden tickets to the new guest (trust us – you might want to switch).

We know it’s gutting, but trust in the Force (and the con organisers). They’ve already pulled a lightspeed move to salvage this – and by 7pm, you might just be saying, “Hayden who?“
