Guns N’ Roses are using the colossal reach of their 2026 North American tour to support suicide prevention, raise vital funds and remind rock fans everywhere of one massively important truth: nobody should have to face their darkest moments alone.
The legendary rock ’n’ roll heavyweights have joined forces with fundraising platform Fandiem in support of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, launching a nationwide campaign that combines charitable giving with a genuinely outrageous Guns N’ Roses VIP experience.
Big riffs, an enormous stage and a cause that matters far beyond the final encore. Proper job, lads. ❤️
🌹 A Rock Campaign with Real Purpose
The campaign will run alongside Guns N’ Roses’ North American tour, helping the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention continue its work supporting people affected by suicide, funding research and encouraging open conversations around mental health.
Fans attending shows across the tour will also be able to donate on-site for opportunities to receive ticket upgrades, meaning the campaign will travel from city to city with the band rather than existing as a one-night-only gesture.
Rock and metal have always offered a refuge for people going through difficult times. Sometimes it is a lyric that says precisely what you could never put into words. Sometimes it is a sweaty gig surrounded by strangers singing the same chorus. Sometimes it is simply knowing there are other people out there who understand.
That sense of connection is exactly why campaigns like this matter.
🎟️ Win the Ultimate Guns N’ Roses Experience
Those donating through Fandiem will be entered for the chance to win a trip for two to see Guns N’ Roses perform at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California, on Saturday, 5 September 2026.
And this is not your ordinary “two tickets somewhere near the hotdog stand” competition either, butt.
The grand prize includes:
- Return travel to Pasadena
- A three-night hotel stay for two
- Two tickets to the Rose Bowl concert
- Early entry and priority pit access
- Access to a VIP viewing riser
- A behind-the-scenes production experience
- An on-stage group photograph
- The opportunity to hold one of the band members’ instruments
- Entry to the Live Era VIP Lounge
- Limited-edition Guns N’ Roses merchandise
- A commemorative concert ticket and VIP laminate
Fans donating $150 or more will also receive a Guns N’ Roses hoodie, while donations of $50 or more include three months of Veeps All Access.
That is one hell of a prize package, but the real victory comes from helping fund work that could genuinely save lives.
❤️ Music Can Start the Conversations That Matter
American Foundation for Suicide Prevention CEO Bob Gebbia thanked Guns N’ Roses and Fandiem for using their platform to spread hope and connect fans with potentially life-saving information.
He also highlighted music’s ability to reduce stigma and begin conversations that people may otherwise feel unable to have.
That is something the rock community understands better than most.
Behind every battle jacket, festival wristband and badly attempted Slash solo is a human being carrying something the rest of us might know nothing about. Mental health struggles do not care how tough somebody looks, how loudly they laugh or how many people surround them at a gig.
One honest conversation can matter.
One message can matter.
One person checking in can matter.
🤘 Rock Fans Look After Rock Fans
The rock and metal world can be chaotic, loud and occasionally smell like a wet tent full of warm lager—but underneath all that glorious nonsense is one of the strongest communities around.
We pick strangers up in the pit.
We help lost festival-goers find their tents.
We share water at the barrier.
We put an arm around the person crying during the song that means everything to them.
Supporting someone away from the stage should be no different.
You do not need to have all the answers. You do not need to deliver a grand speech worthy of an arena encore. Sometimes it begins with three simple words:
“Are you okay?”
Then comes the important bit—staying long enough to hear the honest answer.
🎤 The Riff Report Says…
Massive respect to Guns N’ Roses, Fandiem and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention for putting such an important cause in front of thousands of rock fans across North America.
This is more than a celebrity partnership or another fancy backstage competition. It is a campaign built around awareness, connection and hope.
Rock music has helped countless people through grief, loneliness, addiction, anxiety and moments when tomorrow felt impossibly far away. Using a stadium-sized platform to remind fans that support exists is rock ’n’ roll at its most meaningful.
The guitars may be loud, but this message needs to be louder:
You matter. You are not a burden. You do not have to struggle alone. ❤️
🫶 Support Is Available

Michael is the founder, editor, and chief riff wrangler behind The Riff Report, an independent Welsh rock and metal publication built by fans, for fans. With a lifelong passion for loud guitars, unforgettable live shows, and the incredible community that surrounds rock and metal, he created The Riff Report to celebrate everything that makes the scene special—from legendary headline acts and grassroots venues to rising bands that deserve to be heard.
A familiar face at festivals across the UK, Michael spends much of the year covering events including Download Festival, Bloodstock Open Air, Steelhouse Festival, Firevolt, Plumpton Revival, and many more. Whether he’s battling the Welsh weather on a mountainside, surviving a weekend in a muddy campsite, or squeezed against the front barrier with thousands of fellow fans, he’s always searching for the next great story to share.
As editor of The Riff Report, Michael writes festival guides, breaking news, album reviews, gig reviews, interviews, opinion pieces, nostalgia features, and behind-the-scenes stories from across the rock and metal world. His writing combines honest opinions, humour, and a genuine love for live music, bringing readers closer to the bands, festivals, venues, and people that keep the scene alive.
Michael is particularly passionate about supporting independent artists, local venues, charities, and the wider UK rock and metal community. He believes every band deserves a chance to be discovered and every festival has a story worth telling. Through The Riff Report, he aims to shine a spotlight on both the biggest names in rock and the future stars waiting to break through.
When he’s not writing or interviewing artists, you’ll probably find him exploring festival campsites, photographing live shows, chatting with fellow fans over a pint, or planning the next road trip in search of more riffs, bigger crowds, and unforgettable moments.
Above all, Michael believes rock and metal are about more than music—they’re about community, friendship, and creating memories that last a lifetime. That’s exactly what The Riff Report exists to celebrate.
Proudly Welsh. Proudly Loud. Always chasing the next great riff. 🤘
