Rockharz Festival 2027 has officially sold out, with every available ticket snapped up ahead of next summer’s huge gathering in Ballenstedt, Germany.
The festival will thunder into life from Wednesday 7th to Saturday 10th July 2027, but anyone still hoping to join the party has now been greeted by two terrifying words:
SOLD OUT.
No tickets. No last-minute panic purchase. No casually mentioning it in the group chat and promising to book next payday.
The Rockharz faithful have spoken, mun — and they’re ready for riffs.
🦌 THE METAL PILGRIMAGE RETURNS
Rockharz has become one of Europe’s most-loved rock and metal festivals, bringing thousands of fans together beneath the dramatic Devil’s Wall landscape near Ballenstedt.
It’s a setting that looks as though it was designed specifically for roaring guitars, raised horns and several thousand people shouting band names while holding enormous plastic cups of German beer.
The festival has built a fierce reputation through its combination of major international acts, underground favourites and a loyal community that returns year after year.
For plenty of fans, Rockharz isn’t simply another date on the festival calendar.
It’s an annual pilgrimage.
Camping gear is packed. Battle jackets are updated. Holiday requests are submitted suspiciously early. The sacred festival trolley is repaired with cable ties and blind optimism.
Then everyone heads for the mountain.

Keep an eye on any authorised resale information released by the festival and avoid handing over money through suspicious channels.
Festival ticket scams are about as welcome as discovering your tent is sitting in a puddle at three o’clock in the morning.
