Rock and roll’s original space traveller, Ace Frehley, has been forced to cancel his entire 2025 world tour after announcing he’s dealing with “medical issues” that require immediate attention and rest.

The former KISS legend — whose riffs launched a thousand arenas — was set to tour across the US, UK, and Europe in support of his latest solo album 10,000 Volts, but sadly, it’s all been grounded for now.

In a statement shared on his socials, Ace’s team said the decision wasn’t made lightly:

“Due to unforeseen medical issues, Ace has been advised by doctors to take time off to focus on his health. He wishes to thank his fans for their love and support and hopes to return to the stage soon.”

Fans have flooded the comments with love, prayers, and the occasional “Shock Me” pun (because of course they did 🤘).

The 73-year-old guitarist has been a staple of the rock world for over five decades — from blasting off in silver boots with KISS to shredding solo stages with that trademark Les Paul lightning tone. It’s no exaggeration to say the man’s DNA is etched into rock history.

💬 The Riff Report says:
Take it easy, Ace — the stage will still be there when you’re ready, butt! Get well soon, legend. 🛸💫
